Pitta pizza

This is my first proper blog on here so I'm excited to see what it turns out like.

I decided to make some... Pitta Pizza

Ingredients needed
Tomato puree
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Any pizza toppings
  • Cheese
  • Pitta Bread

  • You can chose any kind of pizza toppings you like I chose ham, cheese and pepperoni 
    I also had mozzarella

    Start by cutting up all your toppings

    I then cut the pitta bread in half but be sure to check that they are cut thinner than they were before.

    I decided to chop some fruits and put them on a plate for some extra sides and used any leftover pitta bread to eat as well.

    We brought some Melba Toast (link down below) and put any leftover toppings on the plate.

    We then spread the tomato puree on top of the pitta pizzas and arranged the toppings on top and placed the Pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C
